Notes
on
Adjusting
the
Volume
Unlike
conventional
records
and
cassette
tapes,
there
is
hardly
any
noise
at
all
on
compact
discs.
Thus,
do
not
use
the
noise
you
may
hear
as
a
reference
level
for
setting
the
volume
when
you
start
disc
play-
back.
Otherwise
the
result
will
be
a
very
high
volume
level,
that
may
damage
your
ears
if
you
are
listening
through
headphones.
Remember
that
it
is
wise
to
always
keep
the
volume
level
as
low
as
possible
until
the
music
starts
playing.
When
the
amplifier’s
power
is
turned
on.
