accessories. Familiarize yourself with the below hardware items that match photo on next page.
ITEM #1 -DOUBLE ENDED BIMINI SLEEVE - QTY. 5
Used to connect the top sections together in the center.
ITEM #2 –BIMINI SLEEVE BOLTS - QTY. 10
Used to Hold Bimini Sleeves in place.
ITEM #3 –TOP SECTION HINGE BOLT- QTY. 2
Acts as the hinge in the center section of the top section frame.
ITEM #4 -SIDE UPRIGHT HINGE BOLT, QTY.- 2
Acts as the hinge on the side uprights
ITEM #5 – M8 X 1.25 Bolts - CAP BOLTS QTY. 16
Bolts to attach the caps onto the top of each side section leg.
ITEM #6 – M10 X 35 SIDE SECTION BOLTS - QTY. 8
Used to connect the lower side upright to the upper side upright.
ITEM #8 - SIDE UPRIGHT CAPS - QTY. 4
Top caps that go onto the top of each leg to hold top frame.
ITEM #9 –DECK SCREW 1 ½”- QTY. 16
Used in the footplate to screw each leg into the deck of the boat.
ITEM #10 - NYLON NUT - QTY. 2
Used in the hinge on the side uprights.
ITEM #11 –LUBRICANT – QTY 1
Used to lubricate the bolts.
ITEM #12 – ALLEN KEYS - QTY 2
Used to attach the bolts on the t-top.
ITEM #13 – STAND OFFS - QTY 2
Used to attach the side uprights to the console
ITEM #14 – 3M5200 MARINE ADHESIVE - QTY 1
Used between the foot plate and the deck of the boat and in holes for deck screws.
ITEM #15 –CANVAS COVER / ROPE - QTY 1
Laces onto the top section frame to provide shade.
