There are two ways to install your t-top. In this instruction manual we’ll show how to build the t-
top out of the boat and then lift the t-top and set it into the boat assembled. The installation
video at www.Fishmaster.com shows how to assemble the t-top in the boat.
During the assembly and installation, you should protect the parts from scratches by doing the
assembly on a tarp, blanket, grass, carpet or the packaging bubble wrap and cardboard. It is
recommended to put masking or trim tape on the floor of the boat and in a generous area
around where the bases will be mounted. This protects the boat and provides a surface to
mark during installation.
Use a level to ensure the beam of the boat is level during installation. It is not important that
the boat be level front to back, only side to side needs to be level. Lift the lower side of the
trailer with wood or similar shims under the tires as needed. You can “eye-ball” it but it is
easier to use a level to confirm the boat and uprights are square and level.
Canopy Frame Assembly: STEP 1 - Insert Item 1 (Double Ended Bimini Sleeve) and Item 2
(Bimini sleeve bolts) to the center sections of the two rear top sections in the center bars as
shown and hand tighten.
IMPORTANT: STEP 2 - After Assembling the Double Ended Bimini Sleeves next insert
the two Hinge Bolts into the top section frame. Do not put any other bolts in the top
section frame until the hinge bolts are in. Apply a small amount of grease to the Item #3
Hinge Bolt and Install the Hinge Bolts in the center of the Top Section Frame and hand tighten.
