Using the finecut:
Chopping fruits and vegetables
1. Remove all the parts from the packaging.
2. Clean all the parts thoroughly by hand before using for the first time.
Please refer to the instructions under ‘Cleaning.
3. Place the container (2) on a stable, dry working surface. Remove the cut-
ting rotor (7) from the protective case (8) and attach the lifting aid (9) to
the underside of the cutting rotor (7). This directs lightweight foods or
foods that stick (e.g. parsley) upwards. The lifting aid (9) will only fit on to
the underside of the cutting rotor (7) in one position. If attached correct-
ly, the lifting aid (9) will be facing in the opposite direction from the
deflector on the cutting rotor (7). The blade of the lifting aid (9) should be
pointing upwards. Then position the cutting rotor (7) on the holder inside
the container (2). Be careful not to injure yourself on the sharp blades.
To make full use of the container (2), the blades of the cutting rotor (7)
should be above one another when you fill the container.
