Keeping food fresh:
Place the storage lid (1) of the finecut fruit and vege-
table cutter on the container (2) to keep chopped
food or prepared sauces or soups fresh in the refri-
gerator.
Cleaning:
All parts except the lid with the pull mechanism (5) and the storage lid (1)
are dishwasher-safe.
Never put the lid with the pull mechanism (5) in the dishwasher or immerse
it in the sink. Simply wipe it clean with a damp sponge. If water does get into
the lid (5), use a coin to unscrew the drain at the base of the lid (5). Remove
the water, then let the lid dry for several hours. Once it is dry, close the drain
again.
If you are washing the cutting rotor (7) by hand, please be careful, as the bla-
des are very sharp. Do not leave the cutting rotor (7) lying in the sink with
other dishes, as this could very easily result in injury.
