SECRETS TO A FIZZICS PERFECT POUR
• ALWAYS USE A CLEAN BEER GLASS, PREFERABLY A SPECIFICALLY DESIGNED
GLA““ FOR THE TYPE OF “TYLE OF BEER YOU’RE ENJOYING.
• FOR BEST RESULTS, BE SURE TO RINSE YOUR GLASS WITH COLD WATER
PRIOR TO USE.
• DO NOT DRY THE INSIDE OF THE GLASS WITH ANY TYPE OF TOWEL OR
RAG.
• TO MAINTAIN FLAVOR, DO NOT FREEZE OR FROST YOUR GLASS.
• KEEP THE GLASS AT A 60 DEGREE ANGLE AS YOU POUR, THEN BRING
THE GLASS BACK TO LEVEL AS YOU TAP BY PUSHING THE HANDLE BACK.
• STOP POURING ONCE YOUR GLASS IS 2/3 FULL SO THERE IS ROOM TO
TAP YOUR BEER BY ADDING THE DRAFT FOAM TO FINISH YOUR POUR.
• ALWAYS FOLLOW THE PROCESS OF PUSHING THE HANDLE FORWARD TO
POUR YOUR BEER FIRST, AND THEN PUSHING THE HANDLE BACKWARDS
TO TAP OFF YOUR BEER.
