Problem Cause soluon
The ingredients are fried
irregularly in the Fryer.
Certain types of in-
gredients should be
shaken halfway through
the prepara-on me.
Ingredients that overlap
(for example french
fries) need to be shaken
halfway through the
preparaon me. (see
“Usage” secon).
Fried snacks are not
crispy when they come
out of the Fryer.
You prepared a type of
snacks that are in-tended
for prepara-on in
tradional deep fryers.
Use oven-baked
products or brush them
with a lile oil for a
crispier result.
It is not possible to
correctly insert the
basket base into the
appliance.
The basket base has too
many ingredients.
Do not exceed the MAX
indicaon of the basket
base.
White smoke comes out
of the appliance.
You are preparing greasy
ingredients.
When frying fay
ingredients in the Fryer,
a large amount of oil will
accumulate in the con-
tainer. The oil produces
white smoke and the
container heats up more
than usual. This does not
aect the device or the
nal result.
The basket base sll
contains grease resi-dues
from previous use.
White smoke is caused
by heang the fat in the
basket base. Be sure to
clean the bowl properly
aer each use.
Fresh potatoes are fried
irregularly in the Fryer.
You did not properly
soak the potato chips
before frying them.
Soak the potato chips
in a bowl for at least 30
minutes, remove them
and dry them with kitch-
en paper.
