CALibrate:STARt <procedure>[,<step>]
Description: Start a calibration procedure. As parameter, the name
of procedure should be provided (MAIN is the
procedure for full instrument calibration), an optional
parameter <step> can be provided to start from, if it is
omitted, it starts at the beginning. Before any
calibration procedure can be started, the calibration
secure state should be disabled.
Example: CAL_START MAIN

Description: Return state of calibration
Example: CAL:STAT?
Response: RUN - running a calibration step
REF - waiting for a CAL_NEXT with reference
(measurement) value
INS - instruction available, waiting for a CAL_NEXT
NOT - not in a calibration procedure (or at end of one)
