Chainstay Length Adjustment Overview

Explains 7mm adjustment range for optimal balance based on frame size, terrain, and riding style.

Long Position Benefits

Increases front wheel pressure for cornering and improves high-speed stability.

Short Position Benefits

Facilitates lifting the front wheel and improves agility in corners.

Step 1: Loosen Adjustment Bolts

Loosen bolts 1 and 2 to enable chainstay length adjustment.

Step 2: Rotate FlipChips and Tighten

Rotate FlipChips (A-D) by 180° and re-tighten bolts to 8 NM using a 4mm Allen key.

Step 3: Loosen Secondary Bolts

In the second step, loosen bolts 3 and 4.

Step 4: Adjust Chainstay FlipChips

Rotate chainstay flip-chips by 180° and tighten bolts to 8 NM.

Short Position Chainstay Length

Specifies short position chainstay length as 440 MM for frame sizes S + M.

Long Position Chainstay Length

Specifies long position chainstay length as 447 MM for frame sizes L + XL.

FlipChip Orientation Warning

FlipChips must always point in opposite directions for correct installation.
