If your Follett Freezer isn't operating, start by checking the power switch to ensure it's in the ON position and that all connections are secure. Verify that the freezer is properly plugged into a working outlet and that there is power to the cord. If these steps don't resolve the issue, check the temperature controller contact terminals for power, replacing the controller if necessary. Also, the probe might not be sensing the set point temperature, so consider replacing the controller or probe.
