  If your FONROCHE Outdoor Light doesn't work, it might be due to several reasons. First, ensure that the solar module isn’t obstructed by stray light. Lastly, if you've installed the light late in the evening, wait until the next day to allow the solar module's output voltage to reach a sufficient level.

  If your FONROCHE Outdoor Light remains on during the day, it could be due to a wrong connection of the PV to the Power 365 battery system unit. Check that the solar module is correctly connected. Alternatively, the solar module may be defective. Verify the open circuit voltage on the cable towards the module; you should measure between 30 and 40 V. If the voltage is outside this range, the module is likely damaged.
