Troubleshooting
If you follow the recommended action but the problem persists,
or error messages other than the ones below appear, please call
your local customer service.

Fasten the cu

If user’s blood pressure is higher than the
pressure the device has inated, the device
will automatically increase the pressure and
start to inate again. Stay relaxed and wait
for the measurement.
