When the door stops, the caution light is
always on
The power board is broken
1. The LED wire is not plugged
2. The LED is broken
3. The circuit board is broken
1. Check the LED wire
2. Replace the LED

Check the door in door switch

Replace the motor shaft sleeve

1. Flat battery
2. The battery wire is plugged inversely

1. Charge the battery
2. Open the cover, check “+” “-” of the battery
3. Replace the battery wire
External devices is not compatible with the

Remove all the external devices. If the abnormal issues still
exist, replace the circuit board
