Why I cannot create a MyKey in my Ford C-MAX ENERGI Automobile?

  There are several reasons why you might not be able to create a MyKey for your Ford Automobile: * The key or fob you're using might not have administrative privileges. Make sure the key or fob has the necessary permissions. * If the key or fob is the only admin key, you won't be able to create a MyKey. Ensure there is at least one admin key available. * If your Ford Automobile has push-button start, the intelligent access key fob might not be correctly positioned next to the steering column. Reposition the key fob correctly.
