If you're unable to retrieve the report on the website or receive a system error for your Ford Automobile, the preferred dealer information didn't load correctly. When you register, choose a preferred dealer. If one is listed, select another dealer and log out. Log back in, change it back to your preferred dealer, and retrieve the report.

If you have an Android phone and started your media app on SYNC in your Ford Automobile, but there's no sound or the sound is very low, the Bluetooth volume on your phone might be low. Increase the Bluetooth volume using the volume control buttons on the side of your device.
