The toothbrush features a unique hybrid brush head composed of silicone and PBT polymer bristles. Once unlocked, the toothbrush can be turned on by pressing the universal power button once. To turn it off, the universal button should be pressed and held for 3 seconds.

The new brush head should be aligned with its bristles facing forward, matching its center hole with the metal dowel, and then pushed down securely to attach. For maximum effectiveness, it is recommended to change the ISSA™ 3 brush head every 6 months, while the Sensitive Brush Head and Tongue Cleaner can last up to 1 year.

The charging port is fully sealed, making the toothbrush 100% waterproof and safe for use in the shower. When the power of pulsations diminishes or the indicator light turns orange, it signals that it's time to charge the device. Furthermore, users should never use cleaning products containing alcohol, petrol, or acetone, and avoid toothpastes with bleach on the device, as these can damage the materials.
