casewhereitisrequiredtheopinionofajudicialbody,theCourt
ofVicenzawilltheonlycompetent.
1.2.1 WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
Thewarrantyisvoid(inadditiontowhatisshowninthesupply
contract):
- ifanerrorofmaneuverand/orcollisionduetotheOperator
occurs;
- ifthemaximumallowedpowerlimitisexceeded;
- ifthedamageisattributabletopoormaintenance;
- ifaccessoriesorapplicationsnotsuppliedortestedbythe
Manufacturerwereinstalledonthemachine;
- if,followingrepairscarriedoutbytheUserwithouttheconsent
oftheManufacturerorduetotheassemblyofnon-original
spareparts,themachineshouldundergochangesandthe
damagecouldbeattributabletosuchchanges;
- iftheinstructionsinthismanualhavenotbeenobserved;
- ifexceptionaleventsoccur.
Failure to comply with what is described in this manual,
operational negligence, incorrect use of the machine and
the execution of unauthorized changes are the cause of
cancellation, by the Manufacturer, of the warranty granted
to the machine, thus declining every and any liability for
direct and/or indirect damages due to the reasons given
above.
For any repairs or revisions that involve works of a certain
complexity, it is necessary to contact the Authorized Ser-
vice Centers that have specialized personnel or directly
the Manufacturer, which is however at complete disposal
to ensure prompt and accurate technical assistance and
what necessary to restore the full machine efciency.

SECTION 1
Description and features of the machine
1.1 INTRODUCTION
Thismanualcontainsinformation,instructionsandwhatis
deemednecessaryfortheknowledge,properuseandnormal
maintenanceoftheATOMIZERinstalledontheVISIONmodel
multifunctionmachine,manufacturedby«FORT Unipersonale
Srl»basedinSossano(Vicenza)Italy,hereinafterreferredto
astheManufacturer.
Below are the terms ATOMIZER or even MACHINE, where
machine means the whole atomizer group installed on the
multifunction VISION machine. When using the ATOMIZER,
it is also required to refer to the instructions of the multi-
function VISION machine attached to the machine.
Thismanualcontentdoesnotcontainacompletedescriptionof
thevariousorgansnoradetailedexpositionoftheiroperation;
however,theUserwillndwhatisnormallyusefulforusein
securityandforagoodstorageofthemachine.
Fromperformanceandcompliancewithwhatisdescribedin
thismanual,theydependonthesmoothoperation,durability
andoperatingeconomyofthemachine.
1.2 WARRANTY
TheManufacturerwarrantsitsnewfactoryproductsforaperiod
oftwelve(12)monthsfromthedateofpurchase.
Theengineiswarrantedaccordingtothetermsandconditions
establishedbytheitsmanufacturer.
Verify,uponreceipt,thatthemachineisintactandcomplete.
Anycomplaintsmustbemadeinwritingwithin8(eight)days
fromthedateofreceiptofthemachine.
Thewarrantyincludesonlythefree-of-chargerepairorrepla-
cementofthosepartsthat,aftercarefulexaminationbythe
TechnicalDept.oftheManufacturer,arefounddefective(exclu-
dingtheelectricalparts,theworkingtoolsandconsumables).
AnyreturnsmustalwaysbeagreedwiththeManufacturer,and
shippedexworks.
Replacementsorrepairsofpartsunderwarrantywillnotextend
inanycasethetermsthereof.
Inanycase,thebuyermustpaythecostoftransport,lubricants,
VATandanycustomsduties.
Thebuyerwillbeabletoassertitsrightsontheguaranteeonly
ifithascompliedwithanyadditionalconditionsontheprovision
ofthewarranty,alsoreportedinthesupplycontract.
Ifitappearsthatthepartiesdonotintendtosubmittoarbitration
