TERMS USED
Belowarethedenitionsofpeopleandspecicsituations,
whichmayinvolvedirectlythemachineand/orpersonsindirect
contactwiththemachine.
• USER:TheUseristheperson,entityorcompany,which
boughtorrentedthemachineandintendstouseitforthe
intendeduses.TheUserisresponsibleforthemachineand
trainingofthosewhoworkaroundit.
• DANGEROUS AREA:Anyzonewithinand/ornearamachi-
neinwhichthepresenceofanexposedpersonconstitutes
arisktothesafetyandhealthofthatperson.
• EXPOSED PERSON:Anypersonwhollyorpartiallyina
dangerous zone.
• OPERATOR:Personcapableofoperating,maintaining,
cleaningandtransportingthemachine.
• AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTER:Theauthorizedservice
centeristhepremise,legallyauthorizedbytheManufacturer,
whichhasspecializedstaff,abletocarryoutalltheservicing,
maintenanceandrepair,evenofsomecomplexity,thatare
necessaryforthemaintenanceofthemachineinperfect
efciencyconditions.
WARNING: The removal and/or tampering of the
safety devices, of which the machine is equip-
ped, will void the warranty and the liability of the
manufacturer.
1.3 MACHINE DETAILS
Eachmachinecomeswithaserialnumber(2Fig.1)andan
identicationplate(1Fig.1),showing:
- NameandaddressoftheManufacturer;
- CEmarking;
- A)Model;
- B)Yearofmanufacture;
- C)Pressureinbars.
- D)Mass(weight)inKg.
Thedatashownonthenameplateandespeciallytheserial
numberidentifyingthemachinemustalwaysbementionedin
anyrequestforsparepartsand/orforservice.
The ATOMIZER is provided with:
- aninstructionmanualforuseandmaintenanceoftheatomizer
itself;
- aninstructionmanualfortheuseandmaintenanceofthe
VISIONmultifunctionmachine;
- aninstructionmanualforthediaphragmsprayerpumpand
thepressureregulator;
- the«CE»declarationofconformity.
Themanualsdescribedaboveshallbeconsideredanintegral
partofthemachineandmustbeconsultedbeforeanyworkor
useofthesame.
1.4 MACHINE DESCRIPTION AND
INTENDED USE
TheATOMIZERgroup,describedinthismanual,isaninter-
changeableequipmentthatcanonlybeinstalledontheVISION
multifunctionmachinemanufacturedbyFORTanddesigned
toreceiveandoperatethisinterchangeableequipment.The
atomizerworksbyreceivingmotionfromtheVISIONmachine
powertake-offthatoperatesboththediaphragmpumpand
thefanifinserted.
TheATOMIZERgroupcanbeinstalledanduninstalled,with
theappropriateequipmentandprecautionsbysuitablytrained
personnel(see«Section6»).
TheATOMIZERinstalledontheVIIONmultifunctionmachine
isaninterchangeablepieceofequipmentandthereforemust
beconsideredsubjecttotheDirective2006/42/ECasstated
in«Art.2,sectionb),oninterchangeableequipment:adevice
that,aftercommissioningamachineortractor,isassembled
onthemachineortractorbytheOperatorinordertomodifyits
functionorprovideanewfunction,insofarasthisequipment
isnotatool».
