Use and maintenance ATOMIZER ON VISION MULTIFUNCTION MACHINE
TheATOMIZERisthereforeconsideredtobeamachineandas
suchis«CE»markedincompliancewiththeEuropeanUnion
standardssetoutinDirectives2006/42/ECand2004/108/EC,
asreportedinthedeclarationofconformityofwhicheachma-
chineisaccompaniedandreportedonpage5inthefacsimile.
Thebelowregulationshavealsobeenappliedforthemanu-
factureofthemachine:
- UNI EN ISO 12100:2010-Safetyofmachinery-General
principlesofdesign-Riskassessmentandriskreduction
- UNI EN ISO 13857:2008-Safetyofmachinery-Safetyrules
topreventthereachingofdangerousareaswiththeupper
andlowerlimbs.
- UNI EN 349:2008-Safetyofmachinery-Minimumspace
toavoidcrushingofbodyparts.
- UNI EN ISO 4254-6:2010-Agriculturalmachinery-Safety
-Part6:Sprayersandliquidfertilizerdistributors.
The machine (and machine means: the atomizer installed
on the Vision multifunction machine) is an agricultural
sprayer machine designed exclusively for treating crops
by spraying plant protection products (anti-cryptograms or
anti-parasites). Different uses are not allowed and we are
not liable for any damage caused by the use of chemicals
that are aggressive, dense or prone to sticking.
As an alternative to the atomizer group with radial bars
(Fig. 3), the machine can be equipped with a vertical bar
atomizer (20 Fig. 3)
1.4.1 PROHIBITED USES
Itisstrictlyforbiddentousetheatomizerwiththebelowpro-
ducts:
- Paintsofallkindsandtypes
- Solventsorthinnersforpaintsofanykindortype
- Fuelsorlubricantsofanykindortype
- LPGorgasofanykindortype
- Flammableliquidsofanykindortype
- Bothanimalandhumanfoodliquids
- Liquidscontainingconsistentgranulesorsolids
- Mixturesofmorethanoneincompatiblechemicalproduct.
THE MACHINE IS CERTIFIED TO BE DRIVEN ON PUBLIC
ROADS.
1.4.2 CONTROL AND MONITORING SEAT
ThemachinewasdesignedtobeoperatedbyonlyanOperator
seatedinthedriver’sseatwiththesafetybeltfastened.The
seatoftheVisionmultifunctionmachine(18Fig.3)hasasafety
systemwithasensorthatdetectsthepresenceoftheOperator
inthedriver’sseat.
IF THE OPERATOR IS NOT SITTED ON THE APPROPRIATE
SEAT, THE MACHINE CANNOT BE SWITCHED ON AND
CANNOT CARRY OUT THE FUNCTIONS FOR WHICH IT IS
INTENDED.
