3.1 TRANSPORT
Shoulditbenecessarytotransportthemachineoveralong
period,thiscanbeloadedontrucksorotherappropriatemeans
oftransport.
DANGER: Loading can be very dangerous if not
performed with the utmost care. Before loading,
then, remove the unauthorized persons, clear and
delimit the area in which the work takes place, and
verify the integrity and suitability of the means of
transport available.
Itmustalsobeascertainedthattheareainwhichoneacts,is
clearandthatthereisasufcient“escapespace”,thatis,afree
andsafearea,inwhichonecanmoverapidlyintheeventthat
theloadfall.Beforeloading,checkthatinsidethebodyofthe
transportvehiclethereissufcientspacetoaccommodatethe
combinationofthemachinestotransfer.
DANGER: The area on which you want to load the
machine must be level ed to prevent the possible
movement of the load. IT IS FORBIDDEN TO LOAD
THE MACHINE ON THE MEANS OF TRANSPORT
WITH THE FULL PRODUCT TANK.
3.1.1 LOAD WITH RAMPS
Toloadthemachineonthemeansoftransport,itisnecessary
tohaveadequateloadingramps.Theseloadingrampsmust
haveacapacityofatleast500kilogramseach,mustbeatleast
50cmwide,havethesideedgesraisedbyatleast5cm,such
thattheinclinationdoesnotexceed15°/20°withrespectto
theoneattheedgeofthehorizonandmustbeequippedwith
acouplingsystemtothemeansoftransport.
- The means of transport must have the engine switched
off, the gear engaged and the parking brake applied.
- Start the machine following the instructions in the in-
struction booklet supplied with the machine.
- Carrying out the load with the ramps, proceed to load
by driving the machine at reduced speed, thus paying
attention and taking the ramps correctly.
3.1.2 LOADING WITH A CRANE OR A BRIDGE CRANE

ROPES. Inspect the ropes before using them: they must
not show damage, broken wires or signs of wear. Do not
twist or tie the ropes and follow the instructions for use
indicated by the rope manufacturer.
DANGER: Do not touch suspended loads and
stay at a safe distance; during transport, loads
must not be lifted more than 20 centimeters from
the ground.
CAUTION: After loading the machine, fasten it
rmly to the surface on which it is resting with
ropes or chains tightened to block any possible
movement.
Aftermakingthetransportandbeforereleasingthemachine
fromallconstraints,verifythatitsstatusandpositioncannot
bedangerous.
Thenremovetheropesandunloadwiththesamemeansand
methodsusedforloading.
