If you notice spots and filming on your glasses and flatware in your Forte Dishwasher, it could be due to extremely hard water. Here’s how to address it: * Remove all metal utensils from the dishwasher. * Do not add detergent. * Select the longest cycle. * Let the dishwasher run for 18-22 minutes until it reaches the main wash cycle. * Open the door and add 2 cups of white vinegar to the bottom of the dishwasher. * Close the door and let the dishwasher complete the cycle. If vinegar doesn't work, repeat the process using 1/4 cup (60 ml) of citric acid crystals instead. Also, if you have soft water, use less detergent and choose a shorter cycle.
