Why is no name and extension number displayed on my Fortinet FortiFone FON-575 IP Phone?

The most likely cause is that your phone has not been registered. To resolve this: * Go to the Extensions page of the FortiVoice interface and confirm that the MAC address is entered correctly and the Phone Type is FON-575. * Save your configuration and then reboot the phone. * On the phone itself, ensure the Server setting is correct. If your phone is configured as an external extension, verify the network connection and firewall settings at the FortiVoice location.
