This command sets the IP Address, and subnet mask. The IP Address and the gateway must be on the
same subnet.
Syntax
ip address <ipaddr> <netmask>
no ip address
<ipaddr> - IP address
<netmask> - Subnet Mask
no - Restore the default IP address and Subnet Mask
Default Setting
IP address: 0.0.0.0
Subnet Mask: 0.0.0.0

Once the IP address is set, the VLAN ID’s value will be assigned to management VLAN.
7.3.1.6 ip default-gateway
This command sets the IP Address of the default gateway.
Syntax
ip default-gateway <gateway>
no ip default-gateway
< gateway > - IP address of the default gateway
no - Restore the default IP address of the default gateway
Default Setting
IP address: 0.0.0.0
