8.3 Complaints
This function lets the customers sending back the complaints or feedback to
Foxwell server with one touch during the diagnostic process and allows for
quicker and more accurate fixes for diagnostic troubles and bugs.
To make a complaint:
1. Click during the diagnostic process when face a failure.

2.Input the necessary information in the complaint sheet. And the data
logging file will be collected automatically.
