Creating Personal Dictionaries on
Your PC
You can also create your personal
dictionaries on your PC and then copy them
to your device.
1. On your PC, create your custom
dictionaries using a spreadsheet or
database application.
A template .xls le for creating custom
dictionaries is saved in the “PersonalDict”
folder of the device. Please copy it to your
PC.
Important: Custom dictionaries should be
created with the following structure:
language headword denition
en word 1 denition for word 1
fr word 2 denition for word 2
de ... ...
Important: Each entry must start with a
language code (e.g., en = English, fr =
French) indicating the language used in
an entry. These codes follow the ISO 639-
1 standards. Other major language codes
can be found in the template le.
