occlusion alarm
Check that pumpset/
feeding tube is clear
of any occlusion after
the pump, at the
patient side.

occlusions between
the container and

Set installation alarm
Check giving set
position above and
below pump
mechanism and
insert it correctly
Mute alarm (if necessary)
Detect the cause and proceed to the appropriate action
Release alarm Resume feeding
