Thiswarrantydoesnotcoverserviceorpartsto
repairdamagecausedbyaccident,neglect,abuse,

powering,negligence,inadequatepackingor
shippingproceduresandservice,repairorany
modificationstotheproductwhichhavenotbeen
authorizedorapprovedbyFriedmaninwriting.

VOIDYOURWARRANTY.Ifthisproductis

thatthespecifictubesusedinFriedmanwillbe
freefromdefectsinmaterialandworkmanshipfor
aperiodof90daysfromtheoriginaldateof
purchase.Adatedsalesreceiptwillestablish
coverageunderthiswarranty.Thistubewarranty
willautomaticallyterminate90daysafterthe
originalretailsalesdate.Thistubewarrantyisin
lieuofallotherexpressedwarranties.Iftubesfail
withinthe90daywarrantyperiodyoursole
remedyshallbereplacementoftubesasprovided
