The robot is packed with two
foam strips securing it
during shipment. After
removing the robot from the
carton, first grasp the foam
at (H) and pull up, then at
(I) and pull down.
Using the rear portion of the robot,
tilt the robot onto its back.
DO NOT LIFT THE ROBOT BY THE
BUMP GUARD (J).
Pull up to remove the
foam strip (K). Discard
both foam pieces.
Lift handle (L) of robot.
With battery terminals (M) toward
cleaner, slide batteries (B) into
place. Lower handle.
Plug charger (C) into wall outlet,
then into robot. Charging the
batteries to full power will take
approximately 8-12 hours (see
"The Batteries" section)
