Setting Convection Bake
The CONV BAKE _ pad controls the Convection Bake feature, Use

the Convection Bake feature when cooking speed isdesired, The oven
can be programmed for Convection Bake at any temperature between
325 ° F (163 ° C) to 550 ° F (288 ° C),
