System Requirements
• Wireless access point compliant with
IEEE802.11b/g/n, 2.4GHz, automatic IP
address assignment (DHCP)
• For WPS functionality: a WPS-compliant
wireless access point.
• For the first configuration of the
wireless LAN without WPS: wireless LAN
device that supports the WPA or WPA2
encryption standard
• For the first configuration of the wireless
LAN using the Installation Wizard:
Windows 8.1 / 8, Windows7, Windowsor
Vista, Internet access
• For the first configuration of the wireless
LAN: If a MAC address filter is active, the
MAC address of the FRITZ!WLANRepeater
310 must be entered as an exception in
the MAC address filter of the wireless
access point.
CE Declaration
AVM declares herewith that the device is
compliant with the basic requirements and
the relevant rules in directives 2014/53/EU,
2009/125/EC and 2011/65/EU.

FRITZ!OS Update
With a free FRITZ!OS update you can always bring the FRITZ!WLAN Repeater and its
features up to date.
1. Open the user interface and click
Wizzards.
2. Click
Update FRITZ!OS.
3. The wizard checks whether a new version of FRITZ!OS is available.
4. If the wizard displays a new version of FRITZ!OS, click Start Update.
5. The FRITZ!OS update will be performed. During the FRITZ!OS update the power
supply must not be interrupted. The “Power” LED on the FRITZ!WLAN Repeater
310 fl ashes.
The update is complete when the “Power” LED stays lit up.
