AH, high temperature in cabinet alarm, activates when the temperature in the cabinet is higher:
- than the value given by the cabinet temperature set + A4 and;
- for duration from the time defined by A7, A8, A9.
The minimum temperature reached by the cabinet is recorded in the Service menu, under HACCP.
Found the cause of the problem run the data memory reset (HACCP alarms).
1. Checks on Customer use of the equipment - make sure that:
the door is not frequently opened or for prolonged times
access the Service menu, internal values and check the no. of times the door is opened
the door is closed properly
that no hot product is inserted
Sensitise the Customer on the correct use of the equipment
2. Check that the evaporator is not packed with ice
If packed with ice see "Ice formation on evaporator"
3. Check that the air probe is not out of calibration access the electronic board where the air probe is connected
With the multimeter set in Ω, check that the resistive value of the probe matches the
temperature in the surrounding environment see tab. NTC
If the resistive value is incorrect or unstable, replace the probe
4. If the air temperature reading is correct and stable, make
sure that the equipment cools properly
Turn on the equipment and check that it reaches the setpoint set no later than the time
