INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION
Machines suitable for pallets heights higher than 2.800mm are highly recommended to be fixed on
the floor. There are no PRE-DRILLED holes in the machine base. Holes have to be drilled by an
responsible installation engineer.
Installation materials have to be ordered separately. Or sourced in a local market.

Release the carriage which has been mechanically blocked to prevent damages on the cover during
the transportation of the machine.
- Release the bracket (1) connected with two bolts M8 at the mast;
(Standard tool size 13)(Nr 2 in Figures 1 / 2 & 3).
A warning label (3) has been mounted on the mast.
- Ones released, the two nuts will slide down in the corresponding profile of the mast (4) (Fig.3).
At the below position of the mast they will be kept / stocked for future use.
The bracket (1) must be stored in the electrical box, for eventual future use.
- Should the need arise to transport the machine with the colon hinged in the horizontal way, we
strongly advice to remount the bracket (1) (Fig. 2 & 3);
- Prior to hinge the column, remount the bracket (1) (Fig. 3) at an height of 1015mm. (Top) (Fig.4)
- Move the carriage (5) (Fig. 3) with the manual ARROW up button, until it mechanically blocks
against the bottom of the bracket (1) (Fig. 2 & 3)
- Disconnect the power supply and start dismantling the machine;
- Following above recommendations, prevents damages on turntable and carriage cover during
transport.
