Key functions:
Up
Increase the resistance during exercise / Adjust values.
Down
Decrease the resistance during exercise / Adjust values.
Mode / Enter
Confirm setting or selection.
Reset
Press & hold this button for approx. 2 seconds to reset all values to 0. Press this button in a training pause to return
to the initial display.
Start / Stop
Start or stop a workout.
Recovery
Press this button to start the heart recovery measurement.
Total Reset (not available on all models)
Power on again with resuming all preset values.
Power on:
Plug in power supply. Computer will power on and full display will be shown for approx. 2 seconds (figure 1).
