Button functions
1) "START": Press this button to start an exercise after a 3-second countdown (pay attention,
that the safety key is in correct position!).
2) "STOP": Press STOP key once to pause exercise (“PAU” appears). The system will keep
your running data during the pause and you can press “START” button to continue running
with speed 0.8km/h. Pressing the STOP key twice results in a complete stop of the exercise.
All data will be cleared and computer will switch to standby mode.
3) "MODE": Press in standby mode to select one of these modes: time countdown
mode ”30:00”, distance countdown mode ”1.00”, calorie countdown mode ”50.0”, step
countdown mode ”5000”. The respective window will flash all the time when you choose a
function. Press INCLINE+, INCLINE-, SPEED+ or SPEED- to set the data and press “START”
button to start running.
4) "PROGRAM": Use this key to choose a program [P1 (CLIMB), P2 (INTERVAL), P3 (LOSE
WEIGHT), P4 (WALK), P5 (RUN), P6, P7, P8, P9, P10, P11, P12, U1, HRC and FAT].
5) QUICK PROGRAM BUTTONS: You can chose MANUAL, P1 (CLIMB), P2 (INTERVAL), P3
(LOSE WEIGHT), P4 (WALK) or P5 (RUN). Screen will show a TIME of “30:00”. Press
INCLINE+, INCLINE-, SPEED+, SPEED- to change the setting time from 30:00 to any time
you want. Press START button to start exercise.
6) "SPEED+ "/"SPEED-": In setting mode it will change the target data and in normal working
mode it will change the speed by 0.1 km/h. When you press the key longer than 0.5 secs, the
speed data will change rapidly.
7) "INCLINE+ "/"INCLINE-": In setting mode it will change the target data and in normal
working mode it will change the incline by 0.5 levels. When you press the key longer than 0.5
secs, the incline data will change rapidly.
8) "INCLINE 3 5 7 9": Incline quick buttons, press to choose incline levels 3, 5, 7 or 9 directly.
9) "SPEED 4 6 8 10": Speed quick buttons, press to choose speed levels 4, 6, 8 and 10 directly.
10) "DISPLAY-ALT": Pressing this button will cause TIME, DISTANCE, SPEED, CALORIES and
PULSE display to alternatively appear.
QUICK START
To quickly start an exercise, switch on the device, put the safety key in its correct position and
press the START-button. A 3-second-countdown will begin and the treadbelt then will start to run
at a speed of 0.8 km/h. You may adjust incline and speed with the respective quick keys or the
keys "SPEED+ "/"SPEED-" resp. "INCLINE+ "/"INCLINE-".
MANUAL MODE
Alternatively to above quick start procedure for manual mode, you may press MODE multiple
times in standby mode to enter time countdown manual mode (30:00; setting range 5:00 99:00
min.), distance countdown manual mode (1.00; setting range 0.50 99.90 km), Calorie
countdown manual mode (50.0; setting range 10.0-999 kcal) or Steps countdown manual mode
(5000; setting range 100-99900). After selection of a mode you may use the speed +/- or incline
+/- buttons to set a countdown value. Press START- button to begin the workout. During workout,
you may adjust incline and speed with the respective quick keys or the keys "SPEED+ "/"SPEED-"
resp. "INCLINE+ "/"INCLINE-". Press STOP to stop the exercise.
