Quick program and pre-set programs
You may enter a program by pressing a quick program button or by pressing “Program” key. The
time window is flashing and shows “30:00” – change the preset time with the speed +/- and incline
+/- buttons and press START to begin the exercise. Each program is divided into 16 sections, so
the adjusted exercise time will be divided by 16 to get the time for each section. The device will
automatically control speed and incline during the fixed programs according to the following table.
Any time, the device amends speed and/or incline, an acoustic signal will be emitted. However,
you may additionally control speed and incline with the "SPEED+ "/"SPEED-" resp. "INCLINE+
"/"INCLINE-" keys. At the end of a program, “END” will be displayed and the treadbelt will stop
smoothly and the computer returns to standby mode after 5 seconds.
