- Assembly Efficiency: It is recommended to assemble the product with a partner to speed up the installation process.
- Soft Surface Assembly: To avoid scratching the furniture, it should be assembled on a soft surface, such as a rug.
- Drawer Configuration: The manual specifies that drawer front panel No. 10 should be placed on the left and No. 11 on the right, indicating a specific arrangement for the drawers.
- Stability Check: All screws should be re-tightened 2 weeks after initial assembly and then every 3 months to ensure stability throughout the product's lifespan.
- Tool Usage: An electric screwdriver should not be used, and excessive force should be avoided during installation, as the board is prone to breaking.
Maintenance Features
- Regular Cleaning: For regular maintenance and cleaning of the product frame, a rag dipped in neutral detergent should be used to wipe it thoroughly, followed by drying with a clean rag.
- Glass Material Cleaning: For any glass components, a rag dampened with water glass cleaner should be used, followed by drying with a dry rag.
- Screw Re-tightening: As mentioned above, screws should be re-tightened periodically to maintain structural integrity.
- Warranty Period: A 30-day warranty is provided for broken furniture or other functional problems, starting from the purchase date, verified by proof of purchase.
- Claim Process: For claims, customers are advised to call and provide their purchase order number and details of the problem. Replacement parts are typically arranged within 48 hours, with shipping dates provided if out of stock.
- Usage Compliance: The product must be used in accordance with the provided instructions for the warranty to remain valid.
- Returns: Returns for reasons other than defects or damage require the furniture to be cleaned, dried, and returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Invalidation: Failure to follow assembly instructions invalidates the warranty. Damage during installation is not covered, but damage during transportation is.
- Scope of Responsibility: The warranty does not cover misuse, user damage, loss of parts during installation, or damage and scratches after use.
- Specific Coverage:
- Sheet parts: 1 month from the date of purchase.

Returns Policy
