2 Open the bottom left door while gripping the
release handle.
3 Remove the upper jammed paper.
Note • If paper is torn, check for any torn pieces of
paper inside the machine.
4 Remove the lower jammed paper.
Note • If paper is torn, check for any torn pieces of
paper inside the machine.
5 Close the bottom left door.
Note • A message will be displayed and the machine will not operate if the bottom left door is even slightly
open.
6 If Tray 6 (HCF2 (2000 sheets)) is installed, push the tray in gently until it stops.
Paper jams in the Bottom Right Door
Note • The following describes the jam clearance procedure as the example when the C3 Finisher (optional)
or the C3 Finisher with Booklet Maker (optional) is installed. If the finisher is not installed, proceed to
step 3 to 6.
1 Make sure that the machine has stopped, and
open the Transport Unit V1 front door.
