Prepare documents by removing clips and staples before loading into the feeder.
Load documents into the automatic document feeder, adjusting guides for paper size.
Place documents face down on the glass, aligning them with the top-left corner.
Select recipients for fax transmission either by manual input or from stored contacts.
Enter fax numbers directly using the on-screen numeric keypad for recipients.
Select pre-saved contacts from the address book to specify recipients.
Manage recipients by selecting and removing them from the list.
Check the status of ongoing or completed fax jobs.
Adjust the fax density for better readability, with seven selectable levels.
Configure how double-sided documents are scanned and transmitted (e.g., head-to-head).
Optimize scan quality based on document content (text, photos, or mixed).
Select the transmission resolution for optimal image quality based on document detail.
Configure whether a report is printed automatically upon fax completion.
Control whether sender information is included in the fax header.
Use manual send/receive features with the handset or speakerphone.
Cancel a fax job that is currently in progress by pausing and deleting it.
View scanned images before sending the fax to ensure accuracy.
