If that doesn't happen, check if the circuit breaker has been turned off and turn it on. Also, verify if a fuse has blown or the circuit breaker has tripped; if so, replace the fuse or reset the breaker. Finally, ensure the timer isn't active by referring to the remote controller's operation manual to check or deactivate the timer setting.

Verify that windows and doors are closed, and adjust the room temperature appropriately using the remote controller. If in Cooling mode, close the curtains if direct sunlight is shining into the room and turn off any heating apparatus or computers.

Why is the airflow weak or stopping in my Fujitsu AIRSTAGE AUYG09KVLA-S Air Conditioner?

  If the airflow from your Fujitsu Air Conditioner is weak or stops, check if the fan speed is set to Quiet and adjust it via the remote controller. If the Fan Control for Energy Saving is enabled, cancel it using the remote controller. In Heating mode, if you've just started the operation, the fan rotates at a very low speed temporarily to warm up the internal parts. Also in Heating mode, if the room temperature is higher than the set temperature, the outdoor unit stops and the indoor unit fan rotates at very low speed. In Dry mode, the indoor unit operates at low fan speed to adjust the room humidity, and may stop from time to time. In Auto mode, the fan rotates at very low speed while monitoring the operation.

  If the airflow direction of your Fujitsu Air Conditioner does not change according to the setting, note that in Auto mode, the airflow direction is set automatically. In Heating mode, if you have just started the operation, the airflow direction keeps the default position for a while.

  If your Fujitsu Air Conditioner's operation is delayed after a restart, it may be because the power supply turned from off to on suddenly. In this case, the compressor will not operate for about 3 minutes to prevent a blowout of the fuse. Also, if the electrical breaker has turned off then on again, the protection circuit will operate for about 3 minutes.

A slight squeaking sound during operation is produced by the minute expansion and contraction of the front panel caused by temperature change. In Heating mode, a sizzling sound is produced by the Automatic defrosting operation.
