contamination into the pipe

trouble.
Air purge
Always use a
vacuum pump
to purge air.
Refrigerant charge
Do it always from the liquid phase
side.
Don't charge from the gas phase side.
Compressor oil is changed
Be careful to handle synthetic oil, since it
resolves easily by moisture and
contamination.
Don't mix new synthetic oil and mineral oil.
It may cause trouble.
We developed new synthetic oil, since HFC
refrigerant doesn't dissolve in mineral (for R22)oil.
