Remove screws from under the unit and from supply/return flanges to detach the bottom panel for component access.
Locate and remove screws securing the foam drain pan, then pull it down, starting with the return side.
Remove pump mounting screws, cut the drain hose zip tie, and disconnect wires from the controller board.
After pump removal, undo two screws holding the float switch to replace it or the pump.
