Maintenance Features

General Disassembly Steps:
- Safety First: Always stop operation and cut the power supply (breaker) before any maintenance.
- Accessing Internal Components:
- Remove the Inspection Cover by turning two knobs and removing one screw.
- Remove the Heat Exchange Element and the filter. The quantity and form of the heat exchange element vary by model (e.g., UTZ-BD025B/C has 1 element, while UTZ-BD100B/C has 4). All models use 2 filters.
Motor Assembly Removal (UTZ-025B/080B/100B/025C/080C/100C models):
- Remove the filter and heat exchange element.
- Remove one screw and then the Grooved Rail.
- Pull out Partition Board A in the direction of the arrow.
- Turn two screws on the Motor ASSY and remove the wired connector.
- Unhook the Motor ASSY.
- Rotate the Motor ASSY around its axis (note: the wheel is black).
- Pull the Motor ASSY out of the product.
Motor Assembly Removal (UTZ-035B/050B/035C/050C models):
- Remove the filter and heat exchange element.
- Remove one screw and then the Grooved Rail.
- Pull out Partition Board A in the direction of the arrow.
- Turn eight screws on the Motor ASSY and remove the wired connector.
- Pull the Motor ASSY out of the product.
Electrical Equipment Parts Removal:
- Remove two screws and the cover of the Electrical Equipment Box.
- Inside the box, components like the Capacitor, Relay, and Terminal can be accessed for inspection or replacement.
Damper Unit Removal:
- Remove three screws.
- Pull the Damper Unit out in the direction of the arrow.
- Remove the Damper Unit from the product.
