Several factors can impact the cooling or heating performance of your Fujitsu Air Conditioner. Check if the air filter is dirty, or if the intake grill or outlet port of the indoor unit is blocked. Ensure the room temperature is appropriately adjusted. Also, check if a window or door is left open, if direct sunlight is shining into the room, or if there are other heating apparatuses or too many people in the room during cooling operation. Verify that the fan speed is not set to 'QUIET', and that the OUTDOOR UNIT LOW NOISE mode has not been enabled. Finally, check if you have an arrangement with your electric company for Demand Response.
