MAINTENANCE
QUARTERLY
• Check belt for wear and tightness.
• Check wheel and housing for dust buildup. Clean as necessary.
• Check exterior surfaces for dust buildup. Clean as necessary.
• Empty grease containers
• Check pulley setscrews. Tighten as necessary.
SEMI·ANNUALL Y
• Grease fittings should be wiped clean.
LUBRICATION
• Motors supplied with grease fittings should be greased annually at minimum in accordance with
manufacturer's recommendations.
