OPERATING THE VACUUM
Emptying the Dust Cup
Safety First: Always unplug from electrical outlet before opening the dust cup. The
dust cup must be properly installed to operate the vacuum.
1. To open the dust cup, push the dust
cup release button and pull out the
dust cup. (Fig. 1)
2. Press the button to release the bottom
and empty the dust from the dust cup.
(Fig. 2)
3. Pull out the dust cup filter. (Fig. 3)
Shake filter to remove debris.
4. If desired, you may rinse the dust cup
filter under cold water. Wait until the
filter dries completely before placing it
back into the vacuum.
5. Place the dust cup filter back into the
dust cup.
6. Attach the dust cup to the vacuum.
