  To light the surface burners on your Furrion Ranges, push in and turn the Surface Control knob to the appropriate position until the burner ignites, then adjust the control to your desired flame size. Also, make sure that the gas supply valve is open and the gas supply level in the cylinder is adequate. If it still doesn't light, clean the ports or slots with a small-gauge wire or needle, and replace the battery in the igniter after unscrewing the igniter cap.

  If the surface burner flame on your Furrion Ranges only burns halfway around, it could be due to moisture on the burner. Dry the burner thoroughly. Alternatively, with the burner off, clean the ports with a small-gauge wire or needle. If moisture is present after cleaning, lightly fan the flame and allow the burner to operate until the flame is full, ensuring the burners are thoroughly dry.

  An orange flame on your Furrion Ranges surface burner could be due to dust particles in the main line. Allow the burner to operate for a few minutes until the flame turns blue. In coastal areas, a slightly orange flame is sometimes unavoidable due to salt air.
