GROUNDING THE INVERTER FOR MODEL #:
782-1729 (1,000W), 782-1728 (1,500W),
782-2235 (2,000W), 782-1730 (3,000W)
Grounding is required for all inverter models equipped with a
ground terminal.
In-Vehicle Mounting:
Connect inverter ground terminal
located on back panel to
vehicle chassis using copper wire, minimum #16AWG (gauge).
Out-of-Vehicle:
Connect inverter ground terminal to battery black/negative
terminal
using copper wire, minimum #16AWG (gauge).
Grounding wire is sold separately and is available at your local
auto parts or hardware retailer.
