1. Difficulties during commissioning

Carbon deposit between the
diodes of the spark plug
Clean the spark plug.
Adjust the gap
0.6~0.7mm, replace
the spark plug

Ignition coil defective flywheel
magnet too weak
Replace the ignition
coil or flywheel

Too much petrol in the combustion
chamber, lousy fuel or water in
the tank
Remove the spark
plug and allow it to
dry, and replace the
fuel.
The carburettor does
not pump oil
anymore.
Oil line blocked
Cleaning the
carburettor and
cleaning the pipes
regular oil supply,
but weak
compression
Piston rings are worn, the spark
plug is not screwed down, the
cylinder head is not tight, wrong
valve clearance or ignition timing.
Replace the screw
tight to replace or
adjust
