The defrosting power is adjusted automatically once the cooking
time is programmed.

NOTE:
During defrosting, the system will pause to remind user to turn
food over, and then press the dial to resume the defrosting.
NOTE:
If you want to set 100% power level, you can turn the dial to enter
cooking time directly and then press the dial to start.

Turn the dial to selcet the
defrosting time.
Example: Defrost food for 3 minutes and 50 seconds.

In standby mode, press the
DEFROST/TIME/WEIGHT once.
