Why is my Galanz GLDW12TS2A5A not cleaning dishes and flatware properly?
    • M
      Mr. Jose LoweryAug 15, 2025
If your dishes and flatware aren't getting clean in your Galanz Dishwasher, it could be due to selecting an improper program. Try selecting a stronger wash program. Also, ensure that large dishware isn't blocking the detergent dispenser or the spray arms.

What to do if my Galanz Dishwasher has spots and filming on glasses and flatware?
    • R
      Ryan StephensAug 18, 2025
To remove spots from glassware in your Galanz Dishwasher, follow these steps: 1. Remove all metal utensils. 2. Do not add detergent. 3. Choose the longest cycle. 4. Start the dishwasher and let it run for 18-22 minutes (until the main wash). 5. Open the door and pour 2 cups of white vinegar into the bottom. 6. Close the door and let the dishwasher complete the cycle. If vinegar doesn't work, repeat using 1/4 cup (60 ml) of citric acid crystals instead. If you have soft water, use less detergent and select a shorter cycle.

What to do if my Galanz Dishwasher doesn't run?
    • A
      Amber BrownAug 22, 2025
If your Galanz Dishwasher isn't running, check the following: * Replace the fuse or reset the circuit breaker if it has blown or acted up. Also, remove any other appliances sharing the same circuit. * Ensure the dishwasher is turned on, the door is securely closed, and the power cord is properly plugged into the wall socket. * Verify that the water supply is properly connected and turned on, in case the water pressure is low.

Why is my Galanz GLDW12TS2A5A Dishwasher leaking?
    • V
      Victoria JacksonAug 26, 2025
If your Galanz Dishwasher is leaking, be careful not to overfill the rinse aid dispenser, as spilled rinse aid can cause oversudsing and overflowing. Wipe away any spills with a damp cloth. Also, make sure the dishwasher is level.

    nathanshawAug 28, 2025
Why are there suds in my Galanz Dishwasher?
    • M
      Mark WalkerAug 28, 2025
Suds in your Galanz Dishwasher tub can occur due to improper detergent. Use only special dishwasher detergent to avoid suds. If suds appear, open the dishwasher and let them evaporate. Add 1 gallon of cold water to the tub, close and latch the dishwasher, then start the "pre-rinse" wash cycle to drain out the water. Repeat if necessary. Also, spilled rinse agent or detergent with colorant can cause this problem, so always wipe up rinse agent spills immediately and ensure your detergent is without colorant.

How to get rid of yellow or brown film on the inside of my Galanz GLDW12TS2A5A?
    • E
      Edward StephensAug 31, 2025
To remove yellow or brown film from the inside surfaces of your Galanz Dishwasher, caused by tea or coffee stains or iron deposits, use a solution of 1/2 cup of bleach and 3 cups of warm water to remove the stains by hand. WARNING: Wait for 20 minutes after a cycle to let the heating elements cool down before cleaning the interior; otherwise, burns will happen.
  • B
    Brian WatsonSep 4, 2025
Why is my Galanz GLDW12TS2A5A Dishwasher making noise?
    • T
      Tanner RichardsSep 4, 2025
Noise in your Galanz Dishwasher can be caused by utensils not being secure in the baskets or something small dropping into the basket. Ensure everything is secured properly. Also, if the motor hums, it might be because the dishwasher hasn't been used regularly. If you don't use it often, set it to fill and pump out every week to keep the seal moist.

Why is detergent left in the dispenser cups of my Galanz GLDW12TS2A5A Dishwasher?
    • J
      Jamie PowellSep 7, 2025
If detergent is left in the dispenser cups of your Galanz Dishwasher, it could be because dishes are blocking the cups. Try re-loading the dishes properly.

Why can't I close the detergent dispenser lid on my Galanz GLDW12TS2A5A Dishwasher?
    • J
      John WelchSep 12, 2025
If the detergent dispenser lid on your Galanz Dishwasher cannot be closed properly, it may be because clogged detergent residue is blocking the catch. Clean the detergent from the catch.
